Vendor Application

Join us as a vendor for our Art, Garden + Maker’s Market as Springhouse Gardens! This is our sixth market on the Springhouse property and we are so excited! Our last Maker’s Market in 2025 brought in over 2,000 people throughout the day and we are expecting an even larger turnout this year! The combination of beautiful gardens, plants, and paved areas creates a scenic and fun atmosphere for this outdoor market.

Wine and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase by Harkness Edwards Vineyard and food will be available through local food trucks joining us!

All vendors will receive social media coverage and promotion through Kayla Weber Art, Springhouse Gardens, and The Barn at Springhouse’s social media pages.

Setup Time: 7:00am - 9:30am

$90.00 - 6ft x 3ft space (enough space for one pop-up table)

$150.00 - 10ft x 10ft space

$275.00 - 20ft x 10ft space

Booth fees help to pay for extra staffing, parking attendants, traffic safety officer, social media + marketing, wear and tear on property, clean-up, and set up, and are non-refundable.

To apply to be a vendor, fill out the form to the right and email us at wholesale@kaylaweberart.com with a few product photos and a sample booth picture. Once accepted, you will be emailed an invoice. Your spot is not confirmed until you have paid!

**Tables, tents, chairs are not provided, so please bring everything you will need for your booth.
