Vendor Application
Join us as a vendor for our Art, Garden + Maker’s Market at Springhouse Gardens! This will be our fifth Market on the Springhouse property and we know we will have a great turnout! Our last Maker’s Market in 2024 brought in over 2,000 people throughout the 6-hour time period, and we are expecting an even bigger crowd this year. The combination of beautiful gardens, plants, and paved areas creates a scenic and fun atmosphere for this outdoor market.
Wine and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase by Harkness Edwards Vineyards as well as food through a couple of local food trucks.
All vendors will receive social media coverage and promotion through Kayla Weber Art, Springhouse Gardens, and The Studio at Springhouse’s social media pages.

Vendor fee:
$85.00 - 6ftx3ft space (enough space for one pop-up table)
$140.00 - 10ftx10 ftspace
$250.00 - 20ftx10ft space
(Booth fees help to pay for extra staffing, parking attendants, social media + marketing, wear and tear on property, clean-up, and set up, and are non-refundable.)
To apply to be a vendor fill out the form to the right and email us at wholesale@kaylaweberart.com with a few product photos and a sample booth picture. Once accepted you will be emailed an invoice, your spot is not confirmed until you have paid!
